AbleIT has been in business since the mid 1990’s. We have grown from a sole proprietorship operating out of the basement of our home to an incorporated company with its current location in Edmonton AB. We have many employees who have helped along the way and who are still working with us today.

AbleIT is an IT consulting company based in Edmonton Alberta:
Our normal business hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
We have an after hours support number in the event of an emergency outside normal business hours
We can provide IT support services either:
- Through our fixed monthly billing, managed services, and placement programs
- Through our on-demand program where we track and bill based on the actual number of hours of support provided
With our custom in-house ticketing database we can track:
- When support request are made
- Who made the request
- A detailed description of the work performed
- A list of parts and expenses required to effect repair
