A hotel chain and now has a custom program to manage their purchasing system increasing efficiency.

Problem:

The company required a custom program to manage there purchasing system. Replace their paper system with more reliable electronic system Streamline the system for increased efficiency Approval of a PO (purchase order) being issued required within four hours. Secure login is required with varying areas of restriction

Solution:

The program is currently undergoing an evaluation phase . Security login and user rolls are incorporated Preventing unauthorized users from gaining access and to restrict access to various areas of the program The program allows users to create PO's then send them on to department heads, etc. for approval Workflow ensures that three levels of approval are met before the PO originator is given the OK to place the order.

The program is currently undergoing an evaluation phase. The future intent is to fine-tune the application and then push it out to other hotels within the chain located in Canada
